During my time at Stevenson University, I had the opportunity to fix two websites: Greenmount East Leadership Project and The Greenspring Review. The Greenmount East Leadership Project is a soon-to-be non-profit organization that helps Baltimore’s youth gain the resources they need to succeed. The Greenspring Review is Stevenson University’s literary magazine publication.

The Greenspring Review Staff Page
For my Digital Publishing Class, we were given various tasks to complete for The Greenspring Review. One task I was in charge of was fixing the Staff page
-
The Greenspring Review Issues Page
Another task I was given for The Greenspring Review was to fix the Issues page and the navigation. I have added the Fall and Spring 2022 Issues to the website.

Greenmount East Leadership Project: Baltimore Say Yes
For the Greenmount East Leadership Project tasks, I was in charge of the Baltimore Say Yes program and the navigation of the website.
In addition to website design work, I also had the opportunity to continue my editing skills. I have edited experimental and prose poems both alone and with a group of peer editors.

Choosing Stories
During the editorial side of Digital Publishing, I had the opportunity to go through and leave comments on other people’s work. In this screenshot, there are a few notes on some stories and which ones I believed should be published.

Editorial work: Experimental Poetry
During the editorial period, I was able to edit a peer’s work and he was able to edit mine. I also provided an opinion on his piece.

Editorial Work: Prose Poetry
Along with editing a peer’s experimental poem, I also had to edit their prose poem. I provided feedback regarding fixes to errors I found as well as my opinion on his piece.
